Integrated dust and denitrification is a technology that combines dust removal and denitrification catalytic functions in one, and loads denitrification catalysts in the form of finished products or precursors onto dust filter media for synergistic treatment of dust and denitrification.
01 Dust and nitrate filter - Introduction of integrated dust and denitrification filter media
Yuanchen Technology has developed a kind of highly efficient dust removal and denitrification integrated filter media - "dust and nitrate filter" dust removal and denitrification catalytic filter media. The catalyst is loaded onto the inside and surface of pure PTFE, polyphenylene sulfide or other fiber filter media to form a filter-catalytic layer, and then a series of additives are added and a unique loading process is adopted to enhance the adhesion between the catalyst and the filter media.
The "dust and nitrate filter" integrated filter media developed by Yuanchen Technology can be used for integrated treatment of dust and denitrification in domestic waste incineration, iron and steel, cement and electric power industries, etc. It has been tested in two projects with good operation, and the emission of particulate matter and nitrogen oxide is up to standard and stable.

03 dust and nitrate filter - dust and denitrification integrated filter media performance
1、Conventional performance
The conventional performance (stretching, air permeability, thickness, etc.) of "dust and nitrate filter" integrated dust and denitrification filter media is the same as ordinary filter media.
2、Filtration performance
The filtration efficiency of particle (PM2.5) filter media of "dust and nitrate filter" is 99.9%. The catalyst is attached to the surface of filter fiber in the form of powder, which effectively reduces the porosity of filter media and forms a "pre-powder cake layer". Therefore, the filtration efficiency is higher than that of ordinary filter media.
3、Denitrification catalytic activity
Denitrification catalytic activity is evaluated in terms of NO conversion and is tested on a fixed reaction bed. The test gas simulates actual kiln flue gas (NO, O2), reducing gas (NH3) and equilibrium gas (Ar gas).
The denitrification catalytic performance of "dust and nitrate filter" is excellent, with a wide range of activity temperature (140~240℃) and the highest denitrification activity up to 96% (180℃).
