Polaris Atmosphere Network:At 18:08 on May 15, 2019, Unit 1 of Qinyang Power Generation Branch (Jiaozuo Danhe Power Plant off-site expansion of 2x1000mw units on the large pressure small project) of China National Power Investment Group Henan Electric Power Co. The unit is running stably, and all performance indicators and technical parameters are up to or better than the design value, and the desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal are put into operation simultaneously with the main engine, and all environmental indicators are better than the ultra-low emission standard, reaching the advanced level of the same type of units in the same period in China, with continuous long-cycle operation conditions.

In April 2018, Yuanchen Technology was successfully awarded the world's first ultra-low emission laminated filter bag project for a million units - the Danhe 2×1000mw ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating unit (hereinafter referred to as "Danhe Unit") of the State Power Investment Group. The award of Danhe unit project is an example of the upgrading of enterprise technology and products, and an important symbol of "Yuanchen" brand leading ultra-clean emission.

The project is the first 5mg ultra-clean project for a million units in China, which is of great significance. Yuanchen Technology attaches great importance to the project from top to bottom and has set up a team for the Danhe project to strictly control the production, quality and process to ensure the smooth delivery and acceptance of the product.

The imported production line from Germany guarantees the uniformity and basic performance indexes of the products. Meanwhile, the laminating process is independently developed by Yuanchen Technology, which adopts Tokuden hot roll equipment imported from Japan for hot laminating to ensure the performance of the filter surface, improve the service life of the filter laminating and guarantee the operating resistance of the filter.
