The project is located in Xinzhan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. The project has a construction area of 10,930.3㎡, of which the above-ground construction area is about 9,662.31㎡ and the underground construction area is about 1,267.99㎡. There are eight floors above ground and one floor underground, of which 1-6 floors are workshops and 7-8 floors are office buildings.
