Laminated dust filter bag that is made of polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane and various substrates (PPS, glass fiber, P84, aramid) with a special composite technology composite, the purpose is to form a surface filtration, only let the gas through the filter media, the dust contained in the gas will remain on the surface of the filter media.

Studies have shown that because of the film on the surface of the filter media, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter media and cannot penetrate inside the filter media, i.e. the pore size of the film itself retains the filter media and there is no initial filtration cycle. Therefore, the laminated dust filter bag has the advantages of high air permeability, low resistance, good filtration efficiency, large dust capacity and high dust stripping rate. Compared with traditional filter media, the filtration performance is superior.

Commonly used filter media lamination methods are mainly rubber compounding and thermal compounding.
1、Rubber compounding: low strength, easy to release film, short service life. And rubber breathability is poor, but weakened the superior performance of PTFE.
2, thermal compounding: can be said to be the more widely used compounding method so far. Ensure the excellent performance of PTFE, but there are strict requirements for the thermal compounding process.
