Dust filter bags are often used as raw materials with fibers, such as polyester staple fiber, pps fiber, pp polypropylene, aramid fiber, anecdotal fiber, etc.. Commonly used fibers can be divided into low-temperature filter fiber and high-temperature filter fiber, low-temperature fibers are mainly PE and Acrylic, high-temperature fibers are PPS, Nomex, P84, PTFE, glass fiber, etc..
Fiber form: Synthesized from biphenyl dianhydride and p-phenylenediamine, yellow in color, with a trilobal fiber cross-section. With the same weight and linear density, this structure greatly increases the surface area of the fibers, which is more beneficial to intercept dust during the filtration process.
P84 filter needle felt: obtained from polyimide fiber by needling, its characteristics are remarkable because of its own fiber fineness. p84 filter needle felt has the following advantages.
1)Significant temperature resistance: it can be operated under 260℃ for a long time, and the short-time operation temperature can reach 280℃.
2) Good acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance, with a certain degree of hydrolysis resistance.
3) Low pressure and high effect; polyimide has irregular fiber cross-section, because P84 filter needle felt has a large surface area, providing more tiny pores, its surface filtration effect is better than depth filtration so most of the dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt and does not penetrate into the deep layer, thus the backwash pressure is smaller, the filter cake ejection efficiency can be significantly improved, with excellent micro powder collection effect, while the filtration pressure difference is small.
Because of the high temperature and hydrolysis resistance of P84 filter needle felt itself, it is generally recommended to be used in flue gas conditions with high dust concentration, high temperature and low moisture content, such as asphalt mixing, cement kiln, drying, combustion, smelting, various industrial kilns, coal-fired boilers and waste incineration and other processes of flue gas purification, and it is widely used in processes with high emission concentration requirements.
