The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Discipline Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from January 22 to 24, 2021. The plenary session was attended by 133 members of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and 253 people were present.

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the plenary session and delivered an important speech. Li Keqiang, Li Zhanshu, Wang Yang, Wang Huning, Zhao Leji, Han Zheng and other party and state leaders attended the meeting.

The plenary session was chaired by the Standing Committee of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission.
