In the afternoon of Oct. 30, Yuanchen Technology Party Branch held a branch party meeting in the conference room of Phase III. Liang Yan, secretary of the party branch and general manager of the company, presided over the meeting, and all party members (reserve members and party activists) attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Comrade Liang Yan, secretary of the branch, led everyone to study "How is party spirit "made"? and "Formalism in the work group should not be allowed". In the present time, young cadres are really a realistic issue to resist corruption and prevent changes, which deserves sufficient attention. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that young cadres have "a relative lack of systematic study of Marxist theory and rigorous exercise in the political life of the Party, some lack of grassroots and hard places to hone, some lack of solid training in key positions" and other problems. Therefore, refining party spirit is particularly important. The meeting requested that all party members and cadres should be fully aware of the importance of improving party spirit and the drawbacks of formalist work.

The participants agreed to improve the "cultivation" of party spirit, enhance the learning results, effectively transform the learning results into armed minds, guide practice, in order to promote the orderly conduct of work, and truly be a firm believer and exemplary practitioner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and make new contributions to promote the new strategy and development of the company.

In accordance with the relevant procedures and requirements for the development of party members, the meeting considered the identification of new preparatory party members, injecting new vitality into the development and growth of the party organization.
