The previous article introduced the burnishing and calendering, heat setting and water and oil repellency in the post-treatment process of dust filter bag, burnishing and calendering can improve the surface structure of needle felt and make it more dense and smooth; heat setting can eliminate the residual stress in the needle felt and obtain stable size and flat surface; and water and oil repellency can effectively avoid the phenomenon of paste bag. Today we introduce you to the coating, anti-corrosion permeation film and laminating treatment in the post-treatment process of dust filter bag.

I. Coating
Coating treatment is similar to surface filtration, and water and oil repellency actually belong to coating treatment. Coating of needle felt can change the appearance, feel and internal quality of the needle felt on one side, both sides or as a whole, so that the product can meet certain specific requirements (such as folding, doing cartridge, etc.).
Commonly used coating methods are foam coating, nano-coating.

II. Anti-corrosion permeable film
In order to increase the chemical corrosion resistance of certain needle felt and increase the service life of needle felt, corrosion resistance treatment is required.
Commonly used anti-corrosion permeation film methods are deep impregnation and coating. Through impregnation treatment, it can give the needle felt corrosion resistance at high temperature.

III. Lamination
The purpose is to form a surface filtration, commonly used needle felt lamination methods are mainly thermal and adhesive lamination.
After the lamination process, the dust filter bag has high filtration accuracy, even up to 5mg/Nm3; stable operating resistance and other advantages.
